“The ‘Spirit’ of Christmas” Ghostie Wood Burned Ornament
This ornament is a little more minimalist in design, featuring a simple sheet ghost with cool fabric details on a birch slice. I painted the background with iridescent acrylic paint in a teal hue, and the ghost my usual white with shadowy grays. The texture turned out rad!
I sealed this baby with mod podge dimensional magic, giving it a resin-type finish, so it is just sparkly and gorgeous in person. I wanted to make the hanging part fun too, so I painted and glittered a wooden bead red, used a shimmery green string, and strung a Christmas themed piece of twine like a bow around it. So. Freaking. Cute.
