Opossum w/ Pumpkin in the Night 🌙 - Wall Plaque
An opossum with a pumpkin and ghosts and a glittery moon. What more could you need? On a charmingly sweet heart-shaped wooden plaque. I tried a new woodburning technique with this one where I almost used the fire to carve out the details. I added two three demensional eyes on the opossum with Golden brand molding paste, then decided to cover the front in resin, so it all stays put! As a result, the texture of the piece isn’t as prevalent, but I am quite satistfied with how it all turned out. I added a creepy skeleton hand charm and festive orange and black string, so it hangs nicely on your walls. The details of this one are lovely in person.
